I like the spontaneity and unpredictability of shooting events. So the return of the annual Good Friday procession in Toronto’s Little Italy in 2023 after a three year Covid interruption was no exception. Thousands turned out to see the parade, the marching bands, the volunteer actors playing the characters related to the Passion of Christ sponsored by the St. Francis of Assisi Parish of Toronto.

About the final image: As I raised the camera to take his picture, the young fella took mine. It didn’t matter he didn’t have a camera! ;-)
